Champagne J.Vignier was selected by the Italian wine guide “Le migliori 99 maison the Champagne”

Champagne J.Vignier - Ora Alba Grand Cru Blanc de blancs – Cramant, Chouilly, Oiry
A wine that exhales terroir, with a strong presence of chalk and white flowers, cedar and lemongrass. Full-bodied, with beguiling and lasting minerality. Freshness on the palate, as well as a creamy structure and citrus aromas lead to a long finish. It keeps its promise / generous. Perfectly fitting dish: Carpaccio of Mediterranean Mackerel.

Champagne J.Vignier - Silexus Sezannensis Blanc de blancs – Vineyard selections from Saudoy, Coteaux du Sézannais
A concentrated, smoky nose, tenderized by white flowers. Lots of power on the palate, with earthy minerality, chalky rocks and a salty, very long finish. Intense! Matches to grilled fish.

Champagne J.Vignier - Les Longues Verges Grand Cru - single vineyard selection from Cramant and Chouilly
Introverted and mysterious, with a beautiful, mineral depth, lots of floral scent, tangerine and lemon, slightly oxidative apple notes and hazelnuts on the finish. A little less expressive on the palate, but tangerine and lemon aromas are still present, in a slightly softer version. To fresh pasta, Parmesan and sage.

Champagne J.Vignier - Deux Terres (Millésime 2008) - Assemblage of two single vineyards in Cramant and Barbonne-Fayel
It takes some patience, but it’s well worth the wait for the wine to reach its full potential: ripe fruits, white and yellow flowers, citrus fruits ... A bouquet that is becoming ever more extravagant, deep and sensual at the same time. The somewhat less pronounced minerality on the palate may surprise, but the wine is still supported by a straightforward acidity and fascinates with its unexpectedly mature and slightly oxidative character.
